Aldi is aldi really and there pretty much the same. Always good for a bargain....

This place is a joke. Get an emergency case after 430 Days of not seeing my children. Get all my dates through to see them. Today being the first date. They ring me 5 days before and just completely dismiss my case and send it back to CAFCASS. Not even a try to sort something out in way of contact like phone calls or letters pictures even. They are a disgrace and should not be offering such a service. I will be complaining to all the correct bodies that deal with companies like this. DO NOT USE THEM!

I normally do not give negative reviews but this has made me to be proactive and open about how many may have been experiencing from this organisation or individual. I have had an experience with pro contact Bolton due to my niece getting reintroduced with her father. The sessional practioner Shabana was extreme rude and has such an attitude . Very intimidating and acts unprofessionally throughout the programme. You would expect them to deal with vulnerable people day in and day out and adapt their communication and working style accordingly because of the sort of job they do but unfortunately it is a let down on every aspect.

Parking for visitors is really small

Absolute disgusting attitude towards people the woman who I dealt with Janita spoke to me disgusting very rude and unprofessional should not be working for a agency like this .how dare she speak to me like that

I found Amanda and the staff amazing. They've reintroduced contact again and gave me 100% support in achieving this on a regular basis.
