Luke responded quickly to my message and was around the following day to try and solve my leaking showers . Not an easy job but he found solutions and was charming and professional . Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. We had a problem with underfloor heating that had been connected to our CH system. Luke identified the problem within an hour. Sent quote by email, ordered the parts and corrected the system so everything works ok. Very efficient, friendly guy who certainly knows his stuff and turns up when he says he will.

Great price, honest, reliable, prompt and trust worthy. We had just brought a new house only to discover that the boiler wasn't producing hot water. We got quoted some utterly unreasonable prices up to £499.00. We found Luke on facebook. We called him and came out the next day and identified the problem, fixed the problem and gave us advice for the future maintenance of our boiler for only £90. Thank you Luke - you saved Christmas!!!

Our boiler was on its way out after British Gas repaired it twice in one week. We were due to get a new kitchen fitted so getting a new boiler installed beforehand was urgent because of the access. I phoned Luke and he visited on a Sunday for a survey. On Monday he gave me a very reasonable quote for the boiler purchase and work required. Overall the service provided was exceptional from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

Luke is fantastic, very friendly, helpful and clearly knows his stuff! also fairly priced.Luke did a boiler replacement for us this week and we couldn't be happier with the level of service.The detail and consideration to the work went above and beyond. Even once the job was complete Luke has been an asset to offer advice and support for some follow up jobs we are looking at.Would highly recommend Luke and would use his services again in the future

Luke did an excellent job upgrading our radiators and a neat job fitting a new radiator in our hallway. Friendly and knowledgeable. Will certainly be using him again for all our plumbing work. Highly recommended.

Just had to call Luke out as the water was luke warm. Not only did he phone me back within an hour of contacting him, Luke turned up two hours within me contacting him. Luke is always super busy and I'm amazed he fitted me in so quickly. Great job and we now have hot water again. Thank you so much!! Luke also fitted a new radiator. He gave such knowledgeable advice. I can't rate Luke highly enough.
