When Vision Express let my 3 year old son down (5 weeks and counting), C.R. Williams prepared his glasses within 48 hours and fitted them perfectly. Can't fault the service provided and will definitely be sending more work to them in the future.

Amazing job. During an increasingly difficult time, the team were able to conduct a quick, professional and very high quality repair on my glasses without any hassle and a quick phone call before to organise! Very friendly and made conversation whilst working too! 10/10 I'll be returning for my next eye test!

Excellent opticians, we have been using them for years, because they give an excellent service, professional & tailored to you. A million times better than specsavers or similar. More expensive but in this case you get what you pay for - a first rate service

Very nice and professional.An eye test here is significantly more than at Specsavers but they're so much nicer! They don't do that awful thing where they puff air in your eye, they use eye drops instead. They're very kind and patient with me, they don't try and push me into buying pricey frames. Lovely people. I'd really recommend this place if you find eye tests a bit stressful.
