Booked a massage when I got there, the lady at the door asked me to wait one moment shut the door on me then said I had cancelled which I hadn't as I had only just rang, showed here the messaged etc and she continued to say I had cancelled so I left, I didnt even enter building so unprofessional

I booked an appointment for 15.00 today and arrived at 14.50. Halfway through my massage another person came in to relieve the person doing my massage so she could go for lunch. She also finished my massage 15 minutes early after I paid for an hour. I had got dressed and went out to the hallway and asked why she finished early. She denied that she had. I’m particularly annoyed because I struggled to afford this and the experience was less than ideal
