31st August i sent payment from PayPal to this company. Haven't received any phone case. Emailed no reply. Called no answer. Fake company. Do not use!!!!

After ordering a case for my phone, I had concern as I hadn't received a conformation email. So I just rang up the shop to which the gentleman said that my case had been sent out the day previously. An hour late my post came and my case was there. I love my case it's a dropproof one as I'm world's worst for dropping my phone. Also my husband liked mine so much that he got me to order him the same one. Again great service. Thank you.

I paid for 2 phone cases, no confirmation email, no phone cases. Obviously scammers.Would give no stars or minus.Just had a very rude reply from mobile lyme from the support email they supplied. Shame they did not want to post it here for you all to read!

Ordered 27.11 order confirmed but not yet received or had a shipped notification…this is a Xmas present! I have emailed them and had no response and also tried ringing numerous times and unable to get through as it just cuts you off saying not available! Quick to take the money tho…I do not recommend these and I’m starting to think they are scammers!

I paid for next day delivery it didn't arrive until the day after..phone case is a different colour than the one I ordered in there picture..I will not be ordering from you again..

I bought a phone case for my dad. After ordering the item he received it within a few days and is happy with the case.

Very poor customer service. I paid for 2 items for next day delivery. 4 days later, I still had not received my items. I contacted customer services and was told that one item had been shipped and that the other one was not in stock (even though it was in stock when I ordered) I was given no email to tell me this and had to find out myself.2 weeks later, my second item still had not arrived, so I contacted customer service again. After excuses, they finally told me if had been shipped. It has now been 3 weeks, I have no item and customer service is shockingly poor. My money was taken but no item received. Worst online service.
