I would highly recommend Equity and Darren, Kane and Helen at the estate agency. I was the buyer of a property that Equity was selling on behalf of a seller. The team are very approachable and go above and beyond to get the job done, I was always able to contact them and I am very pleased with the way they handled the sale of the property. From the start of the process, through to completion Equity was absolutely excellent and I felt very fortunate that I had such an attentive and dedicated estate agent managing the sale of the property. Equity was very communicative throughout the whole process. I received regular updates so I knew what was happening at all stages. I honestly appreciate your patience and expertise. The updates would come sometimes even out hours, which was hugely appreciated, particularly as a first time buyer. In addition, if I ever left a message the team would always follow it up promptly. Extremely pleased with the service from the beginning to the end, it has been seamless and hassle free. I would definitely recommend to prospective landlords to use their services. I shopped around with several of the estate agents in the Enfield area to choose who to go with for renting out my property. In the end I chose Equity Estate Agent (Hertford Road) as they came across as the most honest and trustable as well as offering competitive terms.Saby in particular was my main point of contact from start to finish and I found her to be very honest, professional and someone who tried to make sure that we kept making good progress and got things done.Stanley and Mark were also very helpful and made sure things progressed well. The whole team seem friendly, approachable and listened to my requests and issues.My property has now been rented out and Equity will be managing the property for me...I hope they continue to keep up the standards they have set so far and we can maintain the good relationship we have between Equity, the tenants and myself.
