A Very Nice and we'll Run Place

I cannot fault this care home. My Nan is the happiest she has been in a very long time. The staff are so caring and professional and always seem so happy with what they do, which I can imagine is a very challenging job at times! I would like to thank each and every one of them for making the last year's of my Nan's life so enjoyable, you really are special people! ❤️

I came here for rehabilitation after a fall, there was no rehab support PT/OT as I’d expected. Not all staff were friendly, Call bell in my room did not work from the third day and they were unable to fix for the remaining duration I was there. I received post (cards wishing me to feel better) these were unopened and returned to me when I was discharged. I felt isolated and alone, it made me very depressed. Would not recommend for respite or rehabilitation, cannot comment on it as a permanent home for elderly/vulnerable people, can only talk about my experience and I would not recommend.
