Keir provided a wonderful and efficient service for my teenage daughter's assessments. Even though we were in another country, everything was handled smoothly and emails were replied to right away. I highly recommend Keir for convenient and professional remote assessments.

Fantastic experience with Kent dyslexia. Nice easy booking and upfront costs. Keir was brilliant with my son, who was very nervous about the process. I booked and at home assessment which was very convenient and meant my son was in his own environment, so it put him a bit more at ease. Keir explained after the assessment what they had covered and the outcome. I had the report within a week, and can now move forward with my son’s school.Highly recommend

Keir responded very promptly to our initial request and was able to offer an assessment at our home straight after my son had an eye test (which was required). Keir has a very friendly and kind nature, which put my son (aged 8) at ease straight away. My son really enjoyed the whole testing experience with Keir, which made the process so much easier for all. Keir spoke very kindly at the end with my son to go through the results. Both myself and the teachers thought Keir’s final report was very thorough and explained the diagnosis very clearly. As an adult needing to have an assessment it was a daunting prospect, however Keir put my mind at ease from our very first point of contact by way of email, to the day of the assessment and finally up until receiving my report. Keir was aware that I was anxious to receive my report as soon as possible and despite me not asking for it to be completed sooner, by his own volition I received it in what must be record timing.I would not hesitate to recommend Keir to anyone, and plan for my daughter to have an assessment with Keir when she is old enough. As someone who has worked in early education I can tell from the way that Keir holds himself and conducted the assessment that it would be a matter of ease for Keir to build a strong rapport with children during any assessment he was conducting for them.

This assessment was very easy to book. The communication throughout the process has been outstanding - I understood what information I, as the parent, as well as the school needed to provide. Keir came to our house to do testing on our son for dyslexia. He made the time with my son relaxed and made him feel at ease. He had great time keeping skills, answered any questions we had, kept in touch over email and overall was a great help for us.
