From the beginning of our rental contract, we were left with no hot water. 3 months later it was still not fixed. The property management were originally sympathetic and promised repairs however they were empty words, becoming non-communatative and stubborn. No hot water is classed as a emergency situation by law and should be attempted to be fixed within 24 hours. This is a serious failure of their legal right to protect the tenant and provide basic services, strong grounds for compensation. Ignore good reviews, when they are needed for real fixes, they are not capable of providing solutions, search elsewhere for rental properties

Balloon Lets are a group of very able and professional people who help to take you through the myriad of paperwork and regulations of letting with care, conscientiousness and good humour. They are always contactable, and emails and calls with any concerns or otherwise are responded to quickly and thoughtfully.The property benefited from their capable attention and was let within a week, good photos, good clear description and good service both to myself and the tenants.This young company is a breath of fresh air in the rental market agency world.I am of course recommending them to everyone , and will not hesitate to use them again.
