Pawsilicious Dog Grooming Salon
The new owners of this dog groomers are appalling! Took my cockerpoo there and he left with the worst cut he has ever had. The groomer made a complete mess of him. When I took him back he came out even worse! The owners attitude is disgraceful, basically told find another groomer when I complained. Incompetent. Unprofessional. Do not use.

Absolutely disgusting customer service for loyal customer of 7 years.I missed an appointment as my husband was in hospital. A genuine mistake on my part. I called to apologise and was told there would be a £15 fine. I said I was disappointed as we had never missed an appointment however I would have paid as I don't like confrontation and appreciate this is a small business. What I did object to was how rude the man was and the way he spoke to me. Absolutely no need for the nasty and aggressive tone. I will take my business to someone who who has better inter personal skills and someone that doesn't shout at their customers.

Absolutely amazing job! I took my dog in last week for a full groom. Katie and her team did a fantastic job and were so lovely. She is very knowledgeable, professional and fantastic at her job!! Would never go anywhere else.

Before I found pawsalicious I sent my Mini schnauzer to a very expensive hair salon it was to expensive and it took at least 2 hours He hated going but when I found pawsalicious It was way cheaper and my dog came back looking and smelling amazing he drags me to the salon he just loves to go.
