I highly DO NOT recommend. The service is rude and disappointing, I feel bad for the drivers. There has been many occasions where me or my friends have booked a service, waited half an hour, then have been told that the taxi isn’t coming.

Turned up bit early. Great texting service. Driver was polite and friendly. Found them but more competitive price wise than other taxis we gave used before.

Excellent, efficient service, texts to confirm booking and notify when cab was on its way. Cab arrived punctually, and the polite and helpful driver got me to my destination in good time. Thank you - I wouldn’t hesitate to use Oyster Cabs again!

Happened to get the phone number of Oyster Cab Services from a friend, recently.We availed their cabs 4 times in 15 days, as we were totally satisfied with their services. The owner, HariHaran is very polite and very prompt in sending the drivers on time. They are reasonably priced too.The drivers are courteous and safe drivers.Highly recommend Oyster Cab Services.

Called for a taxi and told it would be 15 min, waited 40 minutes and no show. Called to find out how much longer it would be and they said they had sent a taxi to us and we werent there. We had been sat outside the bar the whole time waiting and did not see a taxi pull up. When we said this on the phone they hung up on us.

Very terrible experience - I called just now (4:45pm, 14 April) and the person who was picking up the phone was so rude. She’d pick up and hang up without saying anything. I tried calling about 10times to book a taxi and she stopped picking up the phone. This isn’t even the first time this has happened with this taxi company. Great drivers but the taxi office is pretty terrible most of the times, twice I’ve had this happen and the people are so rude! Please fix this.
