I recently used Morris Dibben as my estate agents during a property sale.During the process of finding a buyer the team in the Bitterne office were excellent, operating in an efficient and professional manner and helping us achieve the sale price we wanted.In the sale progression stage our case was handled by Lawrence and I cannot overstate how impressed I was by his efforts. Throughout the entire sale he was quick to communicate with us and always available to answer questions. Lawrence went the extra mile to help ensure that our sale went ahead despite a protracted process and some unexpected obstacles along the way.Thanks for all your hard work :)

I thought I'd share a pleasant experience we had with Morris Dibben, Bitterne branch recently and in particular with the advice and service provided by Molly. We had a house viewing and Molly took us through the details and showed us the property. One might wonder it's the standard process but the reason I'm writing this review is the positive experience we had with the agency and Molly. The appointment was given at a convenient time and financial advice was arranged as well. We were given sufficient time to view and Molly explained the important details as a buyer we should be aware related to the property and the seller. Never pressured us to hurry up and finish the viewing. We felt so comfortable and we really appreciate the transparency in the information provided by the agency (not often told the correct reason for sale by others).This is my initial impression and I'm really looking forward to secure a property with the help of Molly and Morris Dibben, Bittern team.

We have recently sold our family home choosing Morris Dibben Bitterne as our preferred Estate Agent. On visiting the office we were very impressed by the whole team. My experience with Morris dibben has been very good. Lawrence has been brilliant from the start of our purchase to the finish. He kept us updated all the time and went out of his way to help! He kept us positive about the purchase as we were dealing with difficult vendor! He was always reachable and if he couldn’t take the call he would always call back that day! Great experience while dealing with a very stressful situation.

I signed up with them a few months ago, told them what I was looking for and was ready to go, Zoopla sent me details of a property they were selling so called and was told it was sold to one of there clients! I was never informed this property was available, I was a client so should have been informed as well, not happy with them and definitely won’t be using them again

The team at Morris Dibben Bitterne were fantastic throughout the entire purchase of our first house. They made everything clear and answered any questions or requests we have had.We had a lengthy wait for the property but this was at no fault of the estate agent who guided us through each step as we were clueless due to being first time buyers.
