St Ann's Hospice Heald Green

I was fortunate enough to be invited to take part in the being you/Breathing space program, ( I have dodgy lungs) it is without doubt the best thing I have ever done in many a long year, knowing that I was not alone and that other people experienced what I did was so enlightening, the staff are second to non they are professional, polite, caring, and a sheer joy to work with, they follow up with phone calls and post videos on line as well as supplying you with week on week pack you can use as a referral guide they have in my case offered the use of medical equipment that I can use at home that they believe will make my life much easier and give me a better quality of life, so a huge thankyou to all the staff at St Anne's you have made my life easier and so much better.

You recently cared for my father and I will forever be indebted to you for your kindness and compassion. Due to the restrictions in place, I was unable to visit, however, you allowed my sister a compassionate visit which was greatly appreciated by both her and my father. When his time came, your staff ensured he was not alone. For that, I am eternally grateful. You have the most wonderful staff here, nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you for everything you did for him.

Very happy atmosphere amongst staff ,nothing to much trouble. Specialist NHS Services based there. Such as Lymph oedema physiotherapist's.

THE HOSPICE IS VERY NICE AND THE STAFF ARE VERY CARING, BUT,ANYONE VISITING ST ANN'S HOSPICE LIKE WE DID YESTERDAY,WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T FOLLOW GOOGLES INSTRUCTIONS, YOU WILL END UP IN A ROAD FULL OF OFFICE BLOCKS AND NO ACCESS TO THE HOSPICE. THE HOSPICE IS ON ST ANN'S ROAD, NOT ON BROOKS DRIVE.

My mum spent the last few weeks of her life at st ann’s and the staff made sure they were very comfortable we couldn’t ask for better care even after my mum passed away they made sure her wishes were fulfilled i will forever be greatfull to all the staff here

Very peaceful serene place. Nice garden walk beautiful surroundings staff that I have been able to speak to very pleasant and always helpful. A really nice place

My son Michael was in St. Anns hospice in 2014. Sadly he passed away in the July. My heartfelt thanks to all doctors and nursing staff for their kindness and attention we received. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I know Michael could not have received better attention anywhere else. Grateful thanks. Norma Goodier and family.

They have looked after both my Grandparents when the time came. They did a 200% better job in caring for them than Trafford General ever did.If it ever came to that myself i'd want to come here to pass on.(I will always remember the nurse allowed us to give are grandad a bit of sherry, he was drugged up and 90% asleep but he could move his lips and i could see he enjoyed it)

My late auntie was in St Anne's Hospice, I can't thank the staff enough for all their incredible hard work and pure dedication!This place is absolutely amazing and they all work so hard, we have raised money in my late auntie's memory at the funeral and donated it to The Hospice.If you need that 24 hour care for those you love when they need it most then this is definitely the best place for them. And you, they're there for the family too. Thanks again for everything you did for my late auntie Sylvia. She was happy there before she passed away. Xxx
