We failed to sell with a larger local estate agent and chose Nest as a family run business. They were fantastic, sold within a week and above the asking price. Fabulous service.

Nest were fantastic, from the very first contact, all the way through to completion. We had our house on the market with another agent for almost a year, with no luck. We appointed Nest after meeting with Will, and we were not disappointed. With excellent photos (including drone photos) and description, our house sold within 2 weeks for full asking price. Unfortunately that sale fell through (a certain pandemic!) but Nest filmed a virtual tour and it sold again on the first weekend after re-listing. Nest have been professional throughout, have managed some difficulties with the chain and remained cheerful and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough

I had a great experience using Nest Estates to sell my house. The valuation process was easy and there was no pressure at all to sign up with them. The terms sheet was really good too. Unlike many estate agents, I was not tied to a long exclusive agreement.The 3D virtual tour they create for your house is great as it gives buyers an unlimited opportunity to go through the property before booking and therefore reduces the amount of wasted viewings.I went on line Wednesday afternoon and was sold by Friday lunch time. Clearly there is a need for the right buyer to come along at the right time but the marketing and pricing has a lot to do with it too (and their pricing was really good for me).There is a lot of added value too. The team helped me assess a property being offered by another agent and has taken me through some property that has yet to come to market. They have also handled things like renewing my EP Certificate, which had expired. When other agents have called them to check on my sale before accepting my offers, the team have been straight onto this and provided everything.Just great service all round.

My family and I have recently sold our home with Nest Estates. We have been so impressed by their professionalism, approachability and their drive to get things done quickly and properly. Just recently used Nest estates for the first time, would certainly use them again. Our whole experience has been so easy and trouble free. Nest managed to get a very good price for our old house and three offers of the asking price within the first week,one of which we accepted. One useful tool Nest provided was the drone footage of our garden which really helped in advertising our outside space. Brilliant communication and very professional throughout.
