My nan was in this home, there isn't enough staff so they put the buzzer out of reach for her and left her in soiled adult nappies, if she did press the buzzer a long wait followed, the food is terrible, after she died someone did a spot inspection and found a lot of flaws !!!!

My mom was put in there for bout month some of the staff are great some not mom was always having stuff taken. Clothes lots of clothes even with her name in we ended up with hardley any clothes when she left. Also don't do many activities also otherv residents walk into there rooms. Alot. But like I say some staff are good. There only saw manager twice cleaner's are good. Receptionist are good this was on kenswick

We cannot thank enough all the staff at Lakeview for the exceptional care they have given our Dad since his transfer to them last month x The difference in care received is outstanding & whilst it is never & still remains a painful experience placing a loved one in care, we can be reassured that he remains safe & cared for & in the most humane way possible. We admire all the staff for making his nursing home experience a homely one x thank you x

Appalling institution. Do not fall for the nice location and friendly receptionist, my mother was in here , had items go missing from her room, food awful, call buttons ignored.Managers do not manage and staff generally couldn’t care less. Look elsewhere if you need a care home, not how elderly people should live out their latter years.

Disgudting on kendel unit full of tosser workers who treat the place like a party married men putting hands all over the women nurse then seen pulling girl workers on the office and shutgkng the door by there arms disgusting hate to think what goes on there dirty people

Certainly not enough staff on. Apparently has covid but are still allowing visitors in to see residents. My nan pays over 4k a month to lay in a broken bed for weeks on end. Heating is constantly breaking down and residents left cold. Clothes are constantly being ruined as they wash everything on a 90 degree wash and shrinks clothing.Management clearly don't like working Christmas and just leave skeletal staff on over Christmas and New yearPast a joke this place needs looking into

Our Mum, the late Eileen Featherstone, was a resident at Lakeview, and we could not have picked a better home for her, the care and support she received was second to none, she would often say There goes another one of my lovely nurses"
