Waste of time.I sent off for a impression kit ar home, most of my teeth are straight but i have 2 slightly infront of othes, Smiie Direct Advertises mild to moderate misalignment, mine would definitely be mild.my kit arrives, they don’t tell you that you only have a few days to get them done and returned though. also theyre prompting you to pay at the time of filling in the kit before youve even seen if they can do it or not.got my kit ready and done which isnt the easiest or quickest thing, but the returns label then won’t scan at the post depot.so i order a new kit and have to repeat the process all over again , about 10 days later, i get 2 text and email updates saying the impressions have been approved by the dentist and as soon as i pay they will start making them. luckily i didn’t get round to paying yet as about 3 days later, i get a text saying you aren’t eligible for our service, they dont give any feedback as to why especially after its all been approved. very good job I didnt pay yet.I think the unrealistic advertising as to what classes as mild to moderate is very misleading, also there is no customer service there whatsoever its all very robotic emails.Avoid at all costs, try Invisiline instead, so far they seen much better already.

Visited for a 3D smile assessment today, really friendly and professional service from every member of staff. One of the assessment machines had broken which affected how quickly people could be seen yet the team did everything they could to ensure the delays faced personally by me were minimal. Excellent service! Being someone who works in IT I was seriously impressed by the smile scanner.. You can see the 3D image of your teeth being built as they're taking the pictures, really interesting to see

over 35 minutes behind appointment scheduled. not overly impressed with that to be honest.everything else was fine.4-5 weeks wait now for my product.fab 3D image of the teeth, great explanation of everything.

Your a treated so special and it doesn’t feel clinical or dentistry in anyway. Everything was explained to me perfectly and all of questions were answered, Amy ( Nottingham branch) made me feel so at ease and excited for my new look teeth, all in all a very worthwhile experience that I would definitely recommendHeather 5*

Very happy with my experience, answered all my questions and I felt very confident and comfortable. I saw nisha and Lynette in Nottingham and they were great. I wasn't happy with the amount of emails text messages I received for reminders. I had 4 text messages 3 emails and a phone call. Other than that they were fab.

Had a great experience, very friendly staff, Elisha explained everything really well. Very impressed with the process and cannot wait for my aligners to arrive!! Thumbs up

All the staff were very friendly and professional, this Invisalign is by far the most affordable I have come across after a lot of research. The service and the 3D scan was amazing, Lauren was very knowledgeable and put me at ease when discussing why I wanted them.

Very professional, whole team were knowledgable about the product, service and answered all my questions to a high standard.Imaging system used to take the mound is apparently the same one they use for Invisalign.The company were partnered with them In the states before they branched off to do their own thing.From start to finish they ask you to fill out a few forms then take a few images of your teeth on an iPad, show you a purple box which you will receive in the post, which includes all retainers Plus a whitening kit if you take out the plan.Then you get a 3D image created of your teeth (very cool)They run through pricing options and then you are advised they will send an email with a video showing the result they think you will get. Takes up to 72 hours to receive.If happy, send a confirmation email and you will be on your way to straighter teeth!
