Visited Inga after reading some great reviews online. I live locally to the clinic and had a reoccurring injury I really want to correct. I definitely picked well! Inga's knowledge was second to none and she really worked well on the areas needed, with some great explanation too. I think it's important to have some understanding of your injuries and I feel like I do so even more now. If you're thinking of booking...do it!

Inga was brilliant, she took a detailed history of my injury and then explained everything in detail. The sports massage was very thorough and follow up exercises included. I was dreading this appointment as I'd never been to any sort of health professional outside the NHS and id been told it would hurt, a lot. The sports massage was very thorough and the follow up exercises included and practiced before I left. Inga was friendly and very professional and I will be going back.

Wow what an experience! I had a sports massage on my back. I had a lot of tightness in and around my shoulders. After this session the tension was released & I had more movement/flexibility when turning my head. Thank you Inga

My first visit with Inga for help with muscle soreness in lower back. Inga was very welcoming and took quite thorough notes as to the problem areas, health history and what I would like from the therapy. Treatment was effective and tailored to my own personal tolerance. Inga was clear and concise with her knowledge and provided advice for exercises to assist post treatment. I would highly recommend Inga for this therapy. I also received a follow up e mail checking on how I felt post treatment.
