Jason and Becky in particular were brilliant in helping us purchase a flat. The solicitors on both sides, and the managing agents of the property were rather slow, but Jason was very diligent in getting them moving. They were what made things happen. The welcome gift box was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

From the initial house viewing, to the negotiations and the final key collection, every step was easy, straight forward and completed by a professional agent with a smile. We spoke mostly with Sam and Jason who were both really knowledgeable of the property and really happy to help with all the many extra questions we had! Jason & Becky were fantastic and extremely helpful. We dealt mostly with Becky and she was so accommodating, coming to the house with us multiple times so we could measure up and plan things out once all agreed. She also kept fluid contact with us too which meant we were always up to date and we knew what was going on. Great service and always on hand to answer any questions if we needed! Definitely recommend!

I sold my property with Jason and the team at St Budeaux Branch. From the minute i put it on the market Jason was responsive, professional and always striving to keep me updated on progress. It was Jason who kindly got us the contact details when we hit a pause on the sale and my solicitors had not been able to contact the company to move the sale forward. Jason was on the phone, number and email for said contact the same day and the sale was able to progress. Really have valued their support and help through the process and been so grateful to them all. First class team, would definitely recommend

Having had Fulfords St Budeaux (and others) value our property back in Feb 2023 - we had decided to use Fulfords and the Iamsold auction route. PLEASE AVOID BOTH AT ALL COSTS. Selling a property remotely, you have to rely on communication from the estate agent in terms of viewings/offers etc. There was zero communication from Fulfords - the only communication was when prompted by ourselves. To this day, I have no idea of the number of viewings or who viewed the property. However, within 3 days with Haart - I know the names of viewers, when they are viewing and feedback from viewers. That is customer service.

Leah and Becky where our agents, they have been the most helpful and understanding people throughout the whole process. Great communication and passing information to us and everyone involved, really went above and beyond. Nothing is ever any trouble and always happy to answer any questions and quick with responses to emails and calls. We spoke with several different local agents and decided to use Fulfords based on their knowledge of the local market and their sales plan for our specific property which differed to other agents. We listened to their advice and were realistic in our expectations and a buyer was found at the price we wanted within a couple of weeks. Their sales plan proved totally correct and they didn't promise anything they couldn't deliver. Jason was always very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fulfords and would definitely use them again
