Generally ok. Bought worktops there. They are cheap for a reason. Look at the edging tape and how the tape edge colour doesn’t match the worktop. If this is a thing then try elsewhere.

Decking boards ordered for my daughters house which is on the Raw deal’s this month, great saving for her and delivering them middle of May which is ideal! Leicester branch is my local store and customer service is excellent

Staff at Leicester were so helpful. In particular Kayleigh was brilliant. She helped me find the planks I needed and was very supportive, friendly and professional. Agnieszka at the desk was also great. She identified the best fit and converted measurements for me. Also, the wood was sold by the metre. I won’t be returning to B&Q!!

Never really gone to this store, as I normally shop elsewhere. However, after my first visit to the store I would 110% recommend. This is purely based on the excellent customer service me and my husband have received from an employee who I believe is named Shree. Thank you for your help. A smile goes a long way. Keep it up!
