I can’t give them 5 stars as my appointment was double booked twice, which was frustrating. But the service I relieved was very pleasant, efficient and cannot fault it at all. Would definitely recommend.

A well known company for robbing the people with hearing loss. Since the NHS don't help even if you offered money, Amplifon are the ONLY alternative known in the country... When you call them on weekends to any store which states its' open, they simply don't answer. They're overwhelmed by having no competition and can therefore rob people with insane prices. I will be travelling to Denmark where people offer their support for free and replacement parts cost only 10% of what this Amplifon charge!!!!! IF someone wants to make money and take these criminals out, the world would be a better place...
