Poorly cleaned room with no hand wash / soap empty and not refilled and 1 pump of body wash, and then that was empty too. Room not hoovered properly either and expensive. Poorly serviced room....Bed comfy, however. Noisy as next to the motorway but very convenient place.

Lovely place to stay. Room was lovely and clean and lots of space. Bed was really comfortable and there wasn't much noise from others. Would definitely recommend and would stay again x

Very clean all through the hotel. Like the idea of showers in the ensuite. I don't have to have an assist room here. Love the fact that you can also have a alcohol drink at the bar. Services are next door with all the usual food & drinks.

I was double booked and had to leave my room some two hours after check in. The young manager was so rude and no compassion for my situation simply saying It's not my fault" even though I had phone earlier in the day to confirm I had a room.His attitude was its not my problem and constantly shrugged his shoulders when I told him of the poor service.I left the room to drive home and 9.30pm."

We stayed overnight after attending a local seminar.The room was clean and tidy.Bed was comfortable, and I was happily surprised to find it quiet considering the services car park outside. Good sized TV and tea/coffee facilities.We had a shower in our room. Others may have had a bath.There was a lift.Could not fault the breakfast. It was continental, but it was as much as you could eat of cereal, yoghurt, toast, cheese, ham, jam, fruit, etc, and cakes. Tea/coffee. Very good value for £7.95.It was dog friendly and had a small guests only bar.Would recommend it and stay again.

We use days inn because they are dog friendly, and there are a lot of dog exercise areas.they are fine for an overnight stop. this hotel at Wetherby, unlike some others had a small Cafe area for a light breakfast which was nice, especially if you do not want Macdonalds, Costa Coffee, or other fast food suppliers that are on site.

Very comfortable room with an excellent desk to work at on an evening. Beds and pillows excellent. Poor sound/draught insulation around the windows was my only gripe. Big walk-in shower and well-lit room. Easy wander to find food on an evening.

Extremely disturbed that the Head Cleaner and one of her staff opened my personal, private transparent storage box containing two neatly tied-tight carrier bags, including medicines, without my consent or knowledge, left them a complete mess and untied, then denied it, having been the only people proven to have entered my room except me - and I would *never* have left those bags in such an appalling state. I even put two very clear notices on, saying Please Leave". The Manager then twisted it

Hotel was average. Cleanliness was not good. Tea spoon was not even washed from previous use. I was part of a tour group. The lady at the reception was rude and shouted at the guests. Have never experienced such behaviour from a hotel staff. Break fast was okay.

Great for s short stay ( 4 nights). Room was clean, bed was very comfortable (and I'm fussy)The breakfast is confidential but good and adequate.Staff are very friendly and service was good.The only down for us was the location as it's within the motorway service area, but if you like fast food and M&S this is for you as it's right in the doorstep.WiFi is insecure, could do with secure internet, so make sure you've got good security.
