Artists studio - perfect and constructed by an amazing teamFrom (a-lot) of research we ended up opting for Urban Marque and are delighted we did. The studio is great and the communication from the outset really good. The fact they are up to building regs and wonderfully insulated make this space, where a huge amount of time wil be spent , a great addition to our home / work space. The team who put it up were amazing both in the skills to finish product and their attitude throughout a very wet build. Thank you to them and Urban Marque, 100% happy to recommend.

It has been an absolute joy working with Nick, Chris and the team at Urban Marque. Like most, we initially got in touch with Urban Marque with more questions than answers about our build; however, everyone we spoke with was friendly, professional and equally shared our passion for what we wanted to achieve. Communication from start to finish has been brilliant. Everything was explained in plain English with no technical jargon. We felt in complete control throughout the process with no pressure to commit at any stage. When we met the team in person, it was a seamless experience going through the choices and options. It's easy to get overwhelmed with big decisions, however Nick and Chris to their time to help us weigh up the pros and cons before deciding. The whole process was fairly straightforward, and ended up being really quick when the build started. Wish I'd found their details sooner. Overall great service and communication. After considerable research of other companies we chose Urban Marque to build a detached annexe for my mother in law. We were in a position where we wanted to move house, but could not find a suitable house that already had an annexe in situ, so that was when we started to investigate the caravan act and realised that we could have an appropriate structure built. We chose Urban Marque initially for the following reasons:- the knowledge of Chris and Nick to explain and support us in how we could realise our plans- the superior build quality offered by Urban Marque compared to the majority of other companies.- the opportunity to have a timber framed structure that could be built to our design and not just in a rectangular shape. We actually adapted Roger Smith’s design in the feedback below to suit our needs, so thank you Roger for the inspiration and thank you to Nick for helping us to modify it.We are now 11 months into living in our new home and my Mother in Law moved into her lodge about 3 weeks ago. Urban Marque (Nick in particular) have supported us superbly all the way from applying to the planning dept, undertaking the ground work, through to the actual build (which for us took about 12 weeks). We went for the full build package, including electrics (Matt the electrician was super helpful!!) and plumbing. We have now just finished installing kitchen / shower room, floorings and decorating etc.We are absolutely delighted with the final building, which is an amazing 85m2 lodge, which my Mother in Law loves and which really enhances our property overall. We are very happy with the size, design and finish of the 2 double bedroom, shower room, utility room and open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. The cladding which was superbly installed by Mick looks amazing and we are so happy with the colour we chose given the rural setting it is in.Other points I wanted to mention :- Definitely visit Urban Marque’s site in Peterborough, it is good to meet the team and to understand their product more fully. We went up all the way from Devon, but it was worth it!.- Urban Marque can provide planning consultants, but I would say if you have a site that is slightly less straightforward, consider using a local planning consultant. We had to apply for full planning permission as we wanted the lodge in an area of garden that the planning dept did not class as curtilage. Thanks Chris for your support with this process.- We have a really difficult to access site and Nick, Andy and David really went the extra mile to help the haulage company / driver deliver everything for our lodge to site.- As expected, with such a big build / 7 hours from Peterborough we had a couple of challenges along the way with the build, but Nick, Chris, Jake and Andy were always at the end of the phone ready to quickly sort them out for us.- It is early days, but the follow up care by Urban Marque post the build has also been excellent.- Projects of this kind are very expensive to undertake , so confidence in the company’s product and staff is essential. In our opinion Urban Marque delivers this confidence.So thank you to Nick, Chris, Andy, Jake, Mick, Matt and David at Urban Marque for all of your hard work, support and friendliness during this build. We are so, so grateful.

After finding Urban Marque's website and visiting the premises, we were very impressed with what was on offer, the information given from the sales team about the different options we could have and the value for money of the lodges was second to none.We are absolutely delighted with our beautiful lodge home, only the best materials were used from start to finish, and a very friendly workforce made it all the more a great experience.If you are thinking of buying a quality lodge, log cabin or garden room then I can highly recommend Urban Marque, you won't be disappointed.

If your looking at purchasing a Bespoke mobile home or log cabin, even an annex for back garden of the highest standard and very well designed then you will not be disappointed, been looking around and these guys take you through the process step by step, in detail answering all your queries in full, showing a wealth of experience and expertise in their field ! Very reassuring and informative,Absolutely fantastic, and so affordable! Highly recommend.

We found Urban Marque amongst a few suppliers of timber frame caravans we wanted to install as an annex in our garden. Not only was the design fully bespoke, the engineering and drawings that were completed are above what we received with our main house! Having looked into other suppliers we found when you looked further than a fancy website, on company’s house most change their name frequently, had very little turn over despite the sale pitches of being so busy and limited delivery slots and harassed you with sales persons who when you scratched the surface had very little knowledge on the requirements of the caravan acts and were only interested in getting your money.Urban Marque were very upfront from the start regarding price and design and there were no daily phone calls pushing for sales, but they were at the end of the phone if I had any questions regarding ground works etc. They helped make our design suit the caravan acts and engineered the kit to work with a very tight access site. The site team who arrived on day 1 were very knowledgeable and considering the end result was better than a new house builder we couldn’t believe how quickly and expertly it was all coordinated with minimal fuss. Would really recommend the personal service by the directors and the site crew we had.
