Unfortunately can’t give less than 1 star. Had a minor gas leak, Cadent sent out engineer who fixed pipe no longer than 30 cm and took him no more than 45 minutes to complete repair. Get a letter in the post asking for more than £500 for the repair!going to dispute the costs and cannot believe they can charge extortionate amounts for a simple job!

Where do I start. Employees are shocking. Work to road took eternity. Fitted new gas supply to house. Two employees threatened not to reconnect my gas supply if a. Don't agree to having my drive dug up and b. If wasn't nice to a gentleman who wanted to re connect to the mains having been rude and sarcastic to me. Having said that the work was carried out by a sub contractor called Whitcombe Pipelines Ltd. Whole set up a complete and utter inefficient farce!

Absolutely atrocious company! Had West Heath closed off for weeks and now Bell's Lane causing aggro not only for motorists trying to get through, but the buses as well causing temporary bus stop closures upsetting passengers who then ridiculously vent their anger at working bus drivers who then get it in the neck and all because of yet more closures. To add insult to injury this bunch of cowboys spend most of their time standing around talking or sat on their phones rather than working! Get on with the work and give us back our roads! Wouldn't trust this lot as far as I could throw em!

Had an emergency call out for a gas leak in my property and they came out super quick to help. Detected the problem, explained thoroughly, shut off my gas (as landlords piping(not theirs) were able to accommodate a heat source and hot plate for the house to use electrically. Super service, thank you Mr. Martin (I think the name was)

gave 1 star as cant give lower gas engineer came out to faulty carbon alarm no tests on alarm no carbon found with his dectector and still sealled off my gas no hot water no heating and a daughter living at the house hold i will never let cadent inspect anything from now on very bad company for customer wealtfare 100% will be logging report with enviromental health too against there lack of care so NO happy new year to my family

Cadent Van VE19 CNDParked on blind corner, blocking pavement which forces pedestrians onto the road while also unable to see cars coming towards them. Absolute cowboys as well.

Absolutely awful and take no responsibility for their employees or subcontractors they use. Have caused so much disruption and have not been able to get off my property safely for days. Vey little communication and knocking at your door before 7am and late at night at 10pm. Customer Liaison Officer Takes no responsibility just a meagre apology. Awful company.
