Fantastic service today - did not try and force anything and was a genuine man. Wide selection of carpets and showed us different ones to our taste. Very helpful and got us booked in for a day that fits in with us. Looking forward to having it fitted in a few weeks time.We will definitely use this shop in the future.

Disappointed by the excessive charge for sealing the bathroom flooring after they'd also fitted that.Would not recommend! We've been happy with Colourbank.

Having been let down by Bensons beds, the service from Costcutter was excellent. We needed a mattress and they supplied and delivered in 24 hrs. Couldn’t ask for more. I know where I will go when I need a new bed in future!!

Ordered a sample 2 weeks ago and chased twice only to find it had never been ordered after being told both times it was in hand. Found the sample online elsewhere and received 2 days later! I will be ordering the flooring itself from elsewhere even though they are the most local supplier to me.

Costcutter has fitted my hallway and bedroom carpet. I was in a real dilemma with my bedroom carpet as I needed to replace it before I moved in. It was all a bit short notice but they did everything they could and managed to get it sorted. I can not fault them one bit.Very helpful staff in the store and the carpet fitter Charlie went above and beyond.I will definitely use them again.

Been waiting on material to arrive and estimate for over a month. Spoken to staff there who are absolutely useless and don't get back to you. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
