I have worked as a Senior Care Coordinator at SureCare Calderdale and Kirklees.The management style is adaptable to cater to the needs of each and every service user and each carer that works within the company as a means of understanding them.Any feedback is taken on board in a positive manner as a means of supporting service users and how their independence can be promoted at each turn, and thus improving their quality of life.The team work very closely together to improve the current skill set carers have, offer them training on a monthly basis of anything they wish to learn about or achieve.I feel like I grew within the company, learnt a lot about myself, learnt how to self reflect. I felt as though I was listened to and my opinions and recommendations were taken on board.I would 100% recommend SureCare Calderdale and Kirklees to anyone who is in search for a trustworthy, compassionate and reliable home care provider.

I currently work for this company. I have been in homecare for the last 15 years . I am new too this company and in my experience with them so far I have to commend them on how they treat the carers. They actually seem to care about us and our well being as well as the clients , which makes a nice change especially in home care, you are made to feel forced into doing more than you can handle. This company is the opposite, they actually talk with you about your work pattern so you dont get tired, this makes for a very nice working environment its nice too be appreciated

Absolutely amazing team of ladies who care for my grandad, can’t fault them and always go above and beyond. Their communication with us family members is amazing and always keep on top of things. Management is amazing and very quick with any enquiries or issues you may have. Always deal with situations in the best way possible with an outcome which does not have an effect on the care my grandad receives.

It has been a pleasant experience to work with SureCare because they make us carers feel heard, all the time. The management team looks at every single staff comment very seriously.They are not only caring about the service users but also about us, the carers. They do regular assessments to confirm whether the service users are being met with the standard care and always motivate the staff to go above and beyond. It's a shame that I have to leave for personal reasons, but I'd definitely come back if the circumstances changed. Highly recommended.

I recently started working as a carer for Surecare (Calderdale and Kirklees) and I can honestly say that it has been one of the best experiences. The team at Surecare are incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and friendly. From the first day, I felt welcomed and part of the team. They provided me with all the necessary training and guidance to ensure I was able to provide the best possible care for my clients.The team is always there to offer help and advice and I feel that my skills and knowledge have grown as a result of this. I have also seen an improvement in the quality of care provided by my clients, which I believe is down to the high standard of care being offered by the team at Surecare.I am very happy to be part of the Surecare team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy care provider.

SureCare and Kirklees have made us as Carers feel valued. I feel the management are approachable and understanding to our situations or generally hearing us out. They go above and beyond for service users and the people we serve are great to work with. Everyone works as a team to get the job done, there is a good level of communication when something needs to be done. I can say nothing but positive words and I highly recommend you use their services.

SureCare commenced caring for my 92 year old father on 17th August this year and I have only good things to say about the Company. They have been reliable, friendly and the staff are very caring and understanding of my father's dementia. Initially they were covering overnight care and when we had a problem with a day carer they stepped in to cover full 24 hour care at very short notice. This was over & above what we could have hoped for and as a result they have been asked to cover most of the 24 hour care for my father. I also really like the online reporting system. The carers update the system after every visit and I have access to their reports from a website so can see how my father is on a daily basis. I have no hesitation in recommending Pari and her team's commitment to achieving the best care scenario for my father's requirements.
