Only one person in till shop very busy called 4 help 4 times before came then person behind jumped que in front of us would have been nice if had asked first disabled access if you can get a bay as used by anyone once goes past 4.30 pm when no warden had a bloke turn up in flash Mercedes then ran in shop how was that disabled just like most in mk park where they like shop had lots of stock was as tidy as could be

Absolutely disgusted, I care for a lady who cannot go out and relies on home deliveries. She has been notified that her delivery had arrived and been charged for it but it did not arrive. No one is helping and this lady is so distraught , she is mentally disabled on a low income and cant afford to replace the order I know this is a busy time but there still should be someone who can help her.

Really poor customer service at this horrible time. Went shopping for food and a lady at the till told my mother your not allowed to buy that much" even tough it isnt a rule and she doesn't know our situation at all. Very rude! We have a big family and haven't done grocery shopping for a while. I'm sorry that we bought 2 more pasta bags than usual but this is ridiculous."

Poor service at checkout and long ques with only two cashier's on, great range, good offers and a smart feel to the store though which is even more disappointing about the checkout experience. Would have been four to five stars although personally I'd like more range of Muller corner yogurts and couldn't get naan bread for my curry meal as they were on a two for £2 offer and had no extra space allocated to them for the offer so had sold out.

Good food quality and price for what you get. It does get busy and when it gets you need to wait long time to be served as it looks like there only 2 or 3 cashiers available at the time even then they have 4 tills all togethar, but they never are all in use and you need to wait for ages to buy a box of ice creams.

Usually we have a great experience with Iceland. But today we ordered for delivery around 7-9am but this never showed. We waited till 11am and then called. We was told that the driver tried to call but this wasn't true as we never received any call and my partner was waiting outside for 4 hours for this and no one showed up. We was offered another delivery but this was much later in the day and my partner ended up walking there. This was fine as we have a clear morning and they were very apologetic.

This place is good to buy dinner for an evening but that's about it. Not much veriaty and the place looks like it's falling apart.Staff were alright but the store itself doesn't look in good shape. Only worth popping too if you're nearby

I love the products but really bad costumer service all the time long time to wait on the tills. I was served by a brunet lady her name was something with E she was really rude she was threw my products. But the security guy is really nice he is always polite.
