Personal Assist South Yorkshire
If I could give a minus I would.So out of the last 5 sessions 3 have been cancelled with no alternatives given, one at 45 minutes notice.So I have officially complained and have had their service withdrawn for my daughter.No explanation or notice.One very distressed little girl who couldn't even say goodbye to the few good carers she'll miss.I'm sure there not allowed to terminate like this but if this service was worth fighting for I would.
