Have been to the showroom twice now, and both times they were not opened when they should have been going by their opening times, the first time we waited 10 minutes for someone to show up, we arrived again at 11.00am on a sunday, and have left site at 11.25am as still closed, we decided to use another supplier close by!The service we received on first visit was very good but erratic opening isnt good customer service and just seems very unprofessional!You ve lost 2 customers this morning as another car who had showed up, also drove away after waiting 10 mins!
