Several years ago, coping with the demands of a busy family/work life, coupled with mobility limitations, I grappled with the idea of acquiring the help of a local cleaning firm.Like most, I kept putting it off, nervous about letting strangers in my home, and to be honest concern for potential lack of care to our belongings.I approached several cleaning services, and still didn't feel comfortable enough to go ahead - I tried a local recommendation, but it was short lived.That was until I met Tracey, the owner/director of Crazy Ladies Cleaning!I was impressed that Tracey conducts all of her appointments herself and put me at ease right away. Tracey is a resolute professional, fully insured with 30 years experience. Customer care and satisfaction is front and centre of everything she does. Easy to work with, great communicator and down to earth.Tracey has a low staff turnover and great team in smart uniform. Where Tracey differs from her competitors; customers, like myself are very fortunate to have the same team each visit - save for illness etc, and these Crazy ladies are just as amazing, friendly engaging and helpful! I look forward to not only seeing them, but the magic fairy dust they spread throughout my house, with care and attention, as if it was their own.A superb job is carried out every time and I have NEVER had cause to complain in the 7 years I have been a client, quite the opposite, hence this review!To this end, I could not manage without them.
