I bought a prawn sandwich which had 6 tiny prawns in total. See photo after I got it out and opened it up. I complained and it was replaced with a salmon sandwich full of large bones. Couldn't be bothered to get in long queue again!

The prices are quite normal, the service was OK as well. A bit more organisation is needed to the place though (the coffee cups were a bit all over the place, sugar was not there at the condiments table.)

Usually, when someone says hospital restaurant, the first thing that comes to mind is bad food. I can assure you that is not the case with this one, and I encourage you to try for yourself. I had a chance to visit LEat and enjoy some of their tasty, full of flavours and well prepared food in my case piri piri chicken wrap with salad and piri piri mayonnaise, portion of chips and can of cola. But if you are not a fan of my choice, there is something for everybody from pizza stalls with different varieties to street food stalls with different options to the salad bar. The prices are not as expensive too in my case it cost me 5.60 £ but there is a meal deal option for 4.50 as advertised on their board or 2.50£ for a wrap. And don't worry if you can't make your choice just speak to one of the staff and they will attend your needs as they did with me.

The coffee machine was not working in the cafe you so had to queue in another queue to be able to buy one. Food very nice though.

Went here earlier today and bought a cookies and cream milk shake and it was amazing it tasted better than I expected i was pleasantly surprised

Typical hospital canteen, not something you would want to have every day and definitely nowhere near as good as even average chip shop. Plenty off seating, staff actually not bad, so service saved it from being two stars. Short opening hours.

Very good for Covid Vaccinations. Effectively sequenced by pleasant and capable staff and coordinators. Deed done with minimum fuss within 5x mins, then asked to bide my time for further 15x mins while refreshed by Free Bottle of Water. Recommended, and I'll be almost certain to return, likely in 3x months time.

Best chips and wraps in Leicester so far. A little bit of joy in a sad hospital long stay. Fair prices, eating area a bit scary, especially chairs.
