Olive Tree Pilates
I have been taught by Cat @ Olive Tree Pilates for the last 5 years. As a movement practitioner myself I trust her guidance implicitly and always feel better in my physical body when I leave class, like I have experienced a full conditioning and strengthening class.I recommend my students to Cat because she is passionate, always learning to enhance her knowledge and what she doesn't know, she will find out for you.

Cat is very enthusiastic and varies her classes from week to week which can always be adapted should your ability or health dictate a change. Cat is very encouraging as an instructor and I enjoy her classes.

Car is a great teacher. She explains everything really clearly and takes time to check everyone is doing things correctly. She also is very friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. I would definitely recommend her classes!

Olive Tree Pilates
I have been going to Cat's classes for about 18 months and find her to be a friendly and thorough teacher. I had practised Pilates elsewhere for 17 years prior to that but find that I am learning something new all the time. Alternatives are given for each exercise so that the classes can be enjoyed at all levels of fitness.

Cat is a wonderful teacher. Breaks every move down so that it’s much easier to acquire the muscle memory that means you get more out of each exercise. Regularly returns to basics including breathing - so important for continual progression in Pilates. Highly recommended.

Cat makes her classes a pleasure to attend. She explains the exercises clearly and makes sure we are doing it correctly. She varies the exercises weekly to include weight, bands and balls as well as including some massage techniques. Thank you Cat

Olive Tree Pilates
I have attended different Pilates classes with various instructors over the years but Cat's have been the best and I have been with Cat for a number of years now. Cat is a really conscientious Pilates instructor and her classes are well planned and differentiated for varying abilities. I rely on Cat's classes to maintain my core strength and avoid lower back weakness which, if left unchecked, causes severe back pain. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her classes and frequently do.

Thoroughly enjoying Pilates with Cat - super fun classes, everything is explained in fine detail with work rounds if you have any areas of weakness or injury - I do! Classes are small and thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommend

Olive Tree Pilates
Returning to pilates after a couple of years, I've had to remind myself to slow down a bit. The pace of Cat's classes is spot on. With clear and detailed instruction, I've really enjoyed the sessions and found the ever changing content something to look forward to again. Cat is very good at what she does - and adapts moves for all abilities. I can thoroughly recommend Olive Tree pilates.

Olive Tree Pilates
Cat is an amazing teacher who makes the process lighthearted but serious all in the same class. I understand my body much more now than I did 20 years ago. I really resent missing a class. It makes me feel so much more in tune with myself.
