Thank you Andrew from the bottom of my heart for your help, kindness and professionalism in dealing with the funeral of my Aunt. Even the care home staff commented on how wonderful and caring you and your team were. The funeral was exactly as I had requested, I never felt pressured to have services I didn't want or require, it was as perfect as it possibly could have been. Thank you once again for making such a difficult time so much easier for me and my family.

On behalf of myself and all of the family, I would like to record our grateful thanks for the professional but very caring way in which you all dealt with my mother’s burial.We all thought that everything went extremely well on Friday as well as the preparation work that had obviously taken a lot of time and effort. The flowers were excellent and complimented the coffin, the cross with the plaque being a very nice touch.We were also very impressed with the way you organised the sunny weather instead of the forecast thunder storms.Thank you all once againAndrew Foster and family

Exceptional service from all the staff from the start to the end of our very painful journey after the passing of a much loved husband and dad. The care and compassion shown throughout our journey was outstanding. Thank you so much for looking after him in your amazing funeral home. We have used Hopkinsons Wooton and Lovatt in the past and recommend them highly, following their assistance with my mum's funeral. They provided a lovely, respectful and dignified, professional service and made the whole process seamless. We chose the flowers through them as well and they were beautiful, very fitting. Having been in contact with this funeral directors in a professional capacity i could not recommend and praise them enough when my uncle and cousin told me they had chosen Hopkinson Wootton Lovatt for my aunties funeral. All the staff made my uncle and cousin feel at ease at this difficult time .They all showed compassion and also dignity. Also on the day of the funeral the staff were very understanding to all the people who wanted to show their respects to my auntie. Once again thank you.

Brilliant funeral directors. Very personal and thoughtful! Amazing staff especially Nathan who was the lead undertaker for my mum! They really do look after you and not just try and take money out of your pockets, I would definitely use these guys again!! Hopefully not too soon haha

Went to say farewell to my brother in their chapel. The arrangements were exceptional, the organisation was impressive.The receptionist was considerate and thoughtful. The ability to spend a few last moments in a quiet chapel was very much appreciated.

Our family found the kindness, humanity and professionalism of Hopkinson, Wootton and Lovatt to be outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble; enquiries and our personal requests for changes in details about our wishes were quickly responded to. On the day of the funeral our family needs felt cared for and all aspects of the funeral were carried out with great respect. We are grateful for the service they performed for us and would recommend them highly.
