New boiler installation in a different place from the old one. Job done very professionally, friendly & caring engineers. Very little mess & disruption to the house.

After finding a fault on our old boiler we arranged for a fitter to come out & check the boiler this happened the following day. After speak to the fitter & been informed that it would be better and more cost effective to replace the boiler rather then replace broken parts on a 20+ year boiler we arranged for a quote. This again happened very quickly & after a professional & plesent chat with Neil we made the dissusion to go ahead and replace. The two fitter that came to our home were very friendly & very professional in all aspect of the change over explaining different concerns & coming up with sirlusion which help with a swift change over. The staff in admin which we dealt with were swift with paperwork & again doing everything they could to make our purchase as easy as possible. We will definitely do more bussiness with Houghton Heating & would not hesitate to recamened then to friends and family.

Very professional company. They responded quickly and carried out the installation of a whole new central heating system in our home to a very high standard. The cost of the work was extremely competitive and was 50% cheaper than what British Gas had quoted. I would highly recommend Ho'ton Heating.

I paid £350 for a service, radiators to be looked at and bleed and a replacement part. They failed to leave the boiler service document so I have no idea if they even did this, they did not look at the radiators at all. They do not listen to voice fails and still came out even after leaving 2 messages informing them a date change might be required as the power would be off due to electricians carrying out some work, claimed never to have got 3 separate messages including one left with someone who works for them ...... I cant really believe that a company and fail to get 3 separate messages.Even after informing them that they have not completed the work which they HAVE already been paid for them attempt to bill me extra money on top of the agreed upon £350 .... yet they have not even completed the already paid for work ....... I do not understand why they think they can get paid extra money for failing to complete work!

Used twice for boiler repair very prompt profession. Had a further none related issue with the boiler and Neil talked me through it on the phone without an engineer visit.A very good local company that does the right thing. No hesitation in using again

Used this company numerous times (kept giving them the benefit of the doubt). 1st occasion received a voicemail saying I hadn't paid for a job that was completed when I hadn't received the invoice. 2nd occasion booked in a job and nobody turned up. 3rd occasion booked a boiler service between a certain time frame and on the day nobody turned up between that time frame because the engineer had decided to change his route to suit himself (So I was told). No courtesy call to advise. When I called the office I was asked if I'd like to rearrange? How can anybody rearrange when the engineers are doing whatever the hell they want and not sticking to the the pre planned route and times allocated to customers. Final straw won't be using again.

Ho'ton heating installed my boiler it came with a 10 year warranty from bosch.When my boiler broke I phoned bosch only to be told i..couldn't get anyone out to fix it till the next day I had no heating and no hot or cold water. I phoned Ho'ton and spoke to Neil.Neil came out late at night to see if he could help he managed to get my heating on and I had cold water until the engineer came to fix it.I can't thank him enough for his kindness and thoughtfulness. Neil is one in a million I highly recommend this company there go out of way to help you.
