We have a really good experience with Avis for our last rental.Talad from the rental service team was really helpful during the vehicle pick up process. The car was in good condition and drove well. The booking-to-return process was seamless and it was a big plus to be able to return in the drop box out of office hours. Definitely will be using more of Avis at Battersea.Cheers team.

Excellent customer service and very reliable all round.I have rented cars from this branch on a number of occasions and the staff are always welcoming, accommodating and friendly, which makes renting a car here a seamless and reliable experience. I used to use Zipcar for short trips out of London, but now I use Avis because of the excellent service at this particular branch in Battersea.

Professional team and customer service was great. I was late for my pick up time and they forwarded that time to when I would return the car. During pick up, they were busy with other customers and upgraded our car for the wait.

Rented from Avis Battersea roughly 20 times over the course of a few years, every single time the team were friendly, helpful and always really accommodating.This location is great as you can return out of hours and drop the keys in the Dropbox. Never had any additional/unexpected charges and usually really fast when collecting the keys.I tried renting from SIXT (round the corner) one time and they cancelled my order with 2minutes notice. Walked to Avis and they were immediately helpful despite me not even having a reservation with them.Can’t recommend them highly enough. Great team, clean and often new vehicles.

Have rented from this Avis branch on two occasions. All staff fantastic to deal with, friendly, professional & quick.We had an issue with the first car, however, the branch manager Emmanuel dealt with this impeccably.Look forward to renting from them again!

I’ve rented around 10 cars over the past year and the team at Battersea have always gone above and beyond. The check-in process is quick, the car is always as clean as it can be, and the out of hours drop-off means I don’t need to work around awkward closing times.Can’t recommend this branch enough!

The service was great, super quick pick up and drop off (less than 2/3 minutes each side) - I am a repeat Avis customer so it’s great to see the process is streamlined where they already have some information.The man behind the desk was extremely helpful when I was having a bad day and helped me out with everything I needed.Would easily recommend this branch for car rentals!
