Jollyes - The Pet People Cannock

Took my dog to get cut for the first time today at the jolly groomers, really liked the staff and felt really comfortable there. Delighted with the services my dog received will definitely be coming back.

Very good large variety of goods well set out store and helpful staff

Every time I go here to get live food it’s always dead, live food needs to be fed and have a water source like all decent pet shops provide. Unfortunately my next door neighbour brought 4 boxes of crickets and out of 4 boxes 6 crickets were alive!! Not really good enough is it.

Excellent customer service from the cannock store today. I phoned up to see if an item was in stock. Emily went to look, found item, and I said I'd be in later, when I got there, and asked for the item, I was told they hadn't got one. I said I'd phoned earlier and unbeknown to me, Emily had reserved me 1 behind the counter. I hadn't asked her to, so thank you emily

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR GROOMING!We dropped our beloved dog off for a grooming appointment this afternoon. She was booked in to be groomed by Rachael. We were greeted by another member of staff who collected our dog. We continued to walk around the store to pick up some essentials for our dog, when we heard her screaming from the groom room, something we have never heard her do before. We went to see what the issue was and observed, from a distance where she was not able to see us, Rachael being very heavy-handed, pulling her across the grooming table by her legs, aiming the hairdryer in her face and brushing her forcefully. This was extremely distressing to watch and several other customers commented on how disgusting this treatment was. At this point, the other member of staff working in the grooming room told Rachael that we were watching what she was doing. We couldn’t understand why these two women would have any issue with us observing their work, unless they were doing something that they knew we would not approve of. I returned to collect our dog, both women ignored me as I entered the room, believing there would be some kind of confrontation. I told them I would like to collect my dog now and pay for the service and remove her from there as soon as possible. They did not offer to book a future appointment as they correctly assumed that we would not be returning. This “treatment” cost us £40 and our dog made a beeline for the door when she was returned to us, appearing exhausted and distressed. Whilst we appreciate that the dogs are there to be groomed and won’t necessarily enjoy the experience, the staff appeared to do absolutely nothing to comfort them or to make the experience more pleasant. Whilst I was waiting to pay and to leave, I overheard Rachael becoming frustrated and shouting at another dog whilst I was in the room, however, this was not to the extent that we observed from outside of the grooming room, she appeared to restrain herself as I was present. Please take your dog to a groomers that care for and love animals, do not trust these people with your pets.

Went into buy new harnesses for my 2 dogs. Ellie who works there was very friendly knowledgeable on the product we were looking at buying. Helpedus out no end...

I visited jollyes last weekend to purchase toys for the family dogs for Christmas. It was busy with only one till in use, another had quickly noted the growing queue and jumped on the second till to avoid customer frustrations at this busy time of year. Thank you to Tim for doing this, ensuring you put the customer needs first.Jollyes has a very good range of Christmas animal toys and I'm sure the family dogs will be pleased on Christmas day!

I needed treatment products from behind the till and staff were very helpful in guiding me to what I needed. The layout is really nice disabled access is great as shelves are not too close together. And some good deals on especially when your a points collector and you can get money of coupons with app and sometimes get over counter food vouchers too.
