Whilst visiting the local area, the seat post mount on my road bike broke upon tightening. Visited the store more in hope than expectation that a compatible part may be available. Darren came to the rescue, top marks from one very satisfied customer.

Appointment for front and rear Dashcam commenced on time and completed within the estimated period. Very neat and professional fitting. Very clear explanation for use and clear description of fitting process. Clean finish and no damage to interior panels although I had been warned a small hole for cables might be necessary.

From my first bike when I was 8, in 1967, from the store that was in Airdrie at the time.I'm now a 63 years-old hooligan who buys all my LED Lights and other such nonsense for my Honda Civic Type R from the Store in Elgin :)I've found the Staff at Elgin to be very helpful and polite. I was extremely pleased with the service I received when I went in to get a windscreen chip repaired and I will definitely go back. The staff member who carried out the repairs was very helpful and polite and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this branch.

Appalling bunch , booked the car in for an air con check only to find that they had run out of gas and couldn’t re charge it anyway . 50 mile round trip wasted. Not apologetic , people skills non existent .

I’ve been in here twice past couple of weeks for new wiper blades and today for headlight bulbs to be replaced. Really friendly and attentive staff, Ben who served me twice is really prompt and talks through your options clearly. Great customer service.

I visited Halfords in Elgin earlier today, with bike wheel in hand, to get a replacement tube fitted.Spoke to Tom at the 'repair shop' area and could not believe how unhelpful he was. Basically couldn't be arsed. I offered to leave wheel with him and collect tomorrow but he just did not want to know.Realising he could not be bothered, I advised him I'd take my custom to Highland Bikes on the High Street and left.Highland Bikes could not have been more helpful. Tube was replaced while I waited.I have been looking to buy a bicycle for my wife and would not now go near Halfords again.Ian Bremner
