Comfortable beds, very clean. Stain on the sofa could do with cleaning and a few paint touch-ups here and there would be good. Ripped carpets. Does the job for two nights and wouldn't take much to make it a 5 star.

Love the location but the flats on the top floor apart 4 and 2 are noisy all hours.

Good location for visiting other places around Swansea, possibly needs a few things checking to see if they work properly in the bathroom. Otherwise, very good and excellent value for money.
