Always fun to join Alin and girls for the session.Alin is always respectful and professional. Even when I think I don't want to go,I always pushed (gentle) in the right directors.Training is always different and you can train different muscles and if you need guidance,you can always ask. My biggest recommendation!

Only had a few sessions, but so far it has been great. Challenging, varied and great fun with good technical explanations of the exercises to make the most out of them and avoid unnecessary injuries. Loving it!

I've had a number of PTs in the past who have concentrated on muscle mass over fitness. Alin's approach was the opposite and the results have been significant and sustainable. He has taken the time to devise exercises and routines to strengthen my weaknesses and build on my strengths. By concentrating on form and technique I have a level of fitness that I've never had previously. I can't recommend Alin highly enough.

I've been working with Alin for about 6 months so far. Working on increasing my overall strength. He's extremely knowledgable about fitness, nutrition and is extremely focussed on helping you make safe long term fitness gains, rather than trying to go too quickly and get injured. I'm very happy with my progress so far and I really enjoy the PT sessions we have. I would highly reccommend Alin for Personal Training in Bournemouth, he's extremely professional, the sessions are tough yet enjoyable and I find his rates really fair. I'm looking forward to seeing where I get to working with Alin in the next 12 months.

Alin is such a brilliant PT. He is so committed to helping you hit your goals. Alin put together a really good fitness plan for me so that we could work out at the gym together but I can also do workouts at home that he has put in place. We set goals together and he helps me with the nutrition and training to achieve them. He’s so easy to get on with and motivates me every week. It’s like training with a pal! His prices are really reasonable and I really can’t recommend him enough! In 6-months my strength has increased massively and my body fat is down. I’m excited about all I can achieve working with him

Seeing how easy is to work with Alin has made me enrole for more sessions for next 2-3 months so I can get myself back on track with my goals and fitness levels. He is responsible for my meals and workouts. This is the perfect opportunity to get yourself back to a fit routine and good mental state and energy. A+++ recommendation
