Garden Rooms by Creative

We had a large garden room built by Creative during Q4 2022. We didn't have a fixed design at the beginning and received valuable input from the company on the layout and features that would work best. We particularly liked that Creative always use a solid foundation throughout since we planned to locate a hot tub within a decked canopy and were not convinced that ground anchors were a long term solution. The work proceeded very smoothly and we are very happy with the final product. Any issues we identified at the end of the build were dealt with without question or price implications. In summary I would have no hesitation in recommending Creative as a reliable family business that do what they say they will.

A great service from initial enquiry through to completion. Really impressed with the quality at every stage of the build and how smoothly it all came together. The end result is a high quality building that were using every day.

Very responsive, great communications, and I now have a fabulous 25sqm garden room. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. The lads on site were good humoured and respectful. The whole experience was the easiest build project I’ve ever been involved in (and there have been many!).

We had a 3.5x6 m room built. Creative were excellent throughout, keeping us informed of any delays, etc. Everyone always turned up on time and put in long shifts to get the work done. Excellent service - would absolutely recommend to others.

Garden Rooms by Creative (GRC) - I have to say that from the outset these people made the design and installation sooooo easy. Once the design was settled GRC were clear about what to expect and when. By and large the set timescales were met. The entire work flow is organised by GRC. They ensured that all I needed to do was sit back and answer questions rather than organise the crews. Speaking of which, the various trades people were amazing. Truly skilled and genuinely hard workers. They ensured a QUALITY build in our garden. We didn’t have the easiest of sites to work in but these folk just got on with it regardless. The office staff and onsite crews all have a can do attitude. They supplied us with a building, on budget, on time and of the highest quality. We have a building that is a true asset to our home and we are delighted that we chose GRC.

Our new garden room, come home office, come bedroom overspill has just been finished. We are so pleased with the end result. The quality of the build and the quality of the workmanship is simply excellent. The people at 'Garden Rooms by Creative' were great to deal with. It has been a pleasure to work with Steven and the team in the creation of our new office garden room. The quality and finish of the build is superb opting for a cedar finish to the externals. I would highly recommend Garden Rooms by Creative.

I had my garden pod installed a couple of years ago now and it’s still looking great, had no problems at all. The workmanship is excellent, installation team were efficient, friendly and obliging. Everything was done on time and schedule. Would highly recommend.

Dealing with Garden Rooms by Creative has been the worst customer experience I have ever had, involving serious communication issues, ignored e-mails and waiting weeks or months for a response. There were very significant delays (months) to the build, partly because they would not reply to my communications, and further delays of many months once the building was about finished. I felt that I had to keep on them constantly and that they showed a significant lack of attention to detail. Things they promised to do failed to make it into the contract, leading to very significant problems later - in particular, the building ended up being damaged because certain protective work the company had promised to do was not done until it was too late to avoid damage. I feel that they dealt very unreasonably with me at almost every stage and at times their tactics seemed deliberately intimidating, but I finally had to draw a line under this awful experience, although I remain very unhappy with where this has left me.
