Both my wife and myself are extremely happy with the standard of work that was carried out by Kevin. He was punctual and professional in the way he went about his business and we would use his skills again in the future.

Very disappointing service. Initial contact and quote was very professional, unfortunately this did not translate into the work carried out.Extremely unreliable with multiple no shows, mainly with no contact as to why. Estimated 10 days to complete work, 5 weeks in and job still unfinished to the point of asking them to leave so we could get someone else to complete the job.Quality of work varied. Elements of the work were satisfactory but in the main, the quality was not up to expected standard. Unnecessary buttresses built using bricks from wall (which have subsequently been taken down by new stonemasons as they were not required and could not understand why ever built). This has resulted in an excess of rubbish, concrete debris and unnecessary damage to my garden. My neighbours garden is littered with concrete from building overhand, despite repeated offerings to cut back plants for them to access the garden to finish to a decent standard.Overall an extremely disappointing service from a business that guaranteed quality and professionalism and delivered neither.

Kev at Prestige Pointing has recently created a 2 tier door step and re-pointed some brickwork and I am delighted with the results. He turned up when he said he would, tidied up every day, was extremely polite and professional throughout. I waited several months for the work to begin due to his busy schedule and glad that I did. Kev and Josh came to repair some crumbling brickwork at the base of our house. They are a really good team who work efficiently and quickly with minimum fuss. Not only did they replace the old bricks they laid a gravel channel to draw the moisture away. More than happy with a job well done at a reasonable price.
