Fantastic service received in the Buchanan Galleries Glasgow Store today. Hilary went above and beyond. By far the best Phase Eight shop customer service wise. Nothing was a bother and we left very happy customers!

I love this shop and the staff are so attentive. .in particular Sabrina and Laura who made my shopping experience very special as a soon to be Mother of The Bride. .ordered into store, my choices in 2 sizes of each ..remembered it was my husbands birthday. .bought him a cupcake and 2 glasses of Prosecco were ready and waiting for us at start of my appointment ..a lovely experience. .thank you girls

I was so impressed with Hilary at the Glasgow Buchanan Galleries store. She not only went out her way to help me get an outfit for a wedding but also was very calming as I arrived at the store a little stressed. Went in to collect an online order of a dress and left with a bag and hat too.Today was back in the store and both Hilary & Isabel were helpful again going out there way and having a laugh with me too.Now one may think this is standard but I have been in other stores and Buchanan Galleries service is exceptional - well done ladies. 5 stars definitely deserved.

Shopped on Saturday 20th Nov. Was served by Isabel, who was really helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble and she made the whole shopping experience special and fun. Love my new skirt too!

Was looking for an outfit for a friends wedding and went into the store. I spoke to Hilary and explained what I was looking for and she picked out some outfits for me to try on. I ended getting my perfect outfit and couldn’t have done it without her help, I will be recommending the store to all my friends if they are looking for the perfect outfit and a massive thank you to Hilary for her time and patience x
