Urban Student Life Keele House

Really lovely atmosphere and ‘family-like’ community. Great decorations and exciting events on throughout the year!

I have stayed here for the past two academic years. The gym facility is great and its open 24 hours which really suited me. The staff have been excellent as they solved any issues promptly which have arisen. Overall I have enjoyed my stay here.

I’ve spent all 3 years of my degree living at Keele House and I’ve had the best experience here. It’s in a fabulous location with easy access to public transport (especially for university links to both Keele and Staffordshire universities) and the quality of the accomodation is brilliant. I’ve never had any issues here which is why I decided to rebook each year. On top of that, the staff at Keele House are so kind, warm and helpful all the time. They really make my time here a happy one.

Been living here a few months and it is a nice, well-maintained building with good sized and reasonably priced studios. There is also a reception service 9-5. The bus station, Aldi and Morrisons are a 3mins walk away. Ideal for Keele students.

I’ve stayed at Keele House for 1.5 years. This was a great place to live, everything you need is in a 10 min walk radius. Susan, Claire, and Vivian- the property managers are extremely nice, and supportive. They assist with anything that needs fixing and get it done right away, they also leave tasty snacks every morning for us to take, and ensure the cleanliness and security of the property is appropriately met. The deluxe flat I live in is very comfortable and spacious as well. The gym at keele house is also very convenient, and well-kept. Overall, I’ve greatly enjoyed my stay at keele house and its made my academic journey less stressful.

I’ve loved living at keele house this year. The reception team and maintenance team are so helpful and easy to talk to. Living here is basically stress free. It’s got a large common room too open for anyone and the rooms itself are nice too! Really recommend this place for any students looking for accommodation near by! :)

Keele House is a well managed, sociable and friendly place to stay during your studies. One key benefit is the ideal location. Its within a five minute walk to the bus station, town centre and grocery stores. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. Personally I have experienced no maintenance issues during my stay, however the property team are quick to respond to any issues. The common room and gym are open 24/7 so there's lots of opportunities to socialize, not to mention the events put on by the urban student team. I would recommend Keele House, no matter what year of study you are in!

I couldn't have had a better experience than the one I have had presently at Keele House. Not only is my room one of the nicest I've lived in alone but the staff here are beyond words. Maintenance is very efficient not to mention the reception is one of a kind and have dealt not only with my problems but with every other residents problems professionally but friendly as well. I have never felt unsafe or unwelcome in this accommodation, and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else so highly. Thank you so much, Keele House and especially Claire Sue and Viv!
