Absolutely phenomenal service from start to finish. Small delay in sorting finance but not the fault of the superbike factory. Craig, James, Mike, literally everyone was friendly, helpful and immense. Highly highly recommended. Happy owners of a new bike.

One star review until this gets sorted.I picked up a KTM Duke from these guys and it was advertised in all the pictures as having the Oxford heated grips. Picked it up on Saturday and the grips had been removed.I quizzed where are they and they said they were removed for some weird reason because they didn’t pass inspection.I was told 3 weeks ago I would be sent out a replacement and still haven’t heard anything. Now my customer portal has been closed down.Please can this be addressed. Aftersales so far is shocking and really makes me not want to come back here.EDIT: One star remains, was expecting a like for like replacement not some cheap knock off heated grips that won’t be going anywhere near my bike.

I bought my second bike here. Ordering was easy, you choose the bike you like online, you make enquiries and someone from the sales team will ring you or you ring them. I made a deposit and finance was arranged. After approval it was just a matter or either collecting or having the bike delivered. I would like to thank Cairan(hope I spelt it right) of the sales team, Sam of the finance team and Kyle of the collections. A very pleasant experience, this was my second purchase of a bike from them. I would certainly recommend Superbikefactory for used bike sales, whether are a beginner or a seasoned rider, they will help you choose the rigjt bike for you

Purchased my triumph tiger 1200 xc online finance was done in 3 days . I arrived at 10am on the Saturday and rode out the door at 10.15 . Fantastic service the way the bikes are layed out in the main hall and when you arrive your bike is already in the collection area all logbook ans tax was.done in a matter of minsWould highly recommended to anyone and it won't be my last bike I buy of them

I bought a bike here a few months ago, very pain free and straightforward! You aren’t getting the full sales experience of a traditional dealer, but that keeps prices very low. 30 days warranty included on the bike, and the peace of mind that it’s been through many checks and comes with MOT. I’d recommend it as probably the easiest most carefree way of buying a second hand bike. Keep an eye out for the additional £200 handling fee on all prices though…The coffee shop has never been open in the 7 times I’ve visited.

So easy. I bought on-line owing to medical issues. The whole process was seamless and I was kept informed of progress throughout. Delivery was on time and the bike arrived in great condition. I cannot fault the whole experience and would buy from them again.

Once you agree sale the after service is poor. Was contacted by 4/5 different people from superbike bike factory about different things. P/x, extended warranty, paint protection. But when I wanted to contact the salesman he wasn’t interested despite numerous emails & calls obviously wasn’t bothered once sale was complete.1st ride out the oil leaked everywhere all over the rear tyre could of very easily caused a bad accident. Bike had been overfilled of oil despite apparently having one of there qualified technicians change the oil and filter. Still have not Recieved my refund for the holding feee off £99 either. For piece of mind I’m now sending bike into main dealer ‘Ducati’ for a once over and to service the bike properly to make sure all levels are correct & safePoor service & unprofessional service
