Hi, I came to collect a Xiao Mi scooter on 13/03/23. However, it is so heavy and hurting because I took the bus. The staff, Curtis, is really kind, he helps me all the way to carry it until the bus stop under hot weather. Once again, thank you Curtis.

Sam was very helpful efficient and remained professional. She replaced my car bulb with such speed. Coming from a customer service background I observed how she was able to multitask between myself and other customers . Pre ordered a bike with personalised name sticker in time to collect a day before my sons birthday to be told its been collected by someone else and they did refund me but wasn't going to. What a mess up!

Store 0845Catford - JosephMain TillParked up asked for a replacement rear passenger Indicator bulb. Was asked if I would like someoneone to fit it, which I replied Yes Please. Asked to wait in the seating area for an hour which I was prepared to do. It wasn't even an hour when Joseph one of the stores mechanics said he would fit theThe bulb. He was the most friendly, helpful and polite young man I have ever met. He completed the fitting and asked if he could help any further. I thanked him and went in the store to pay. 10/10I could not register my feedback on the address given to me on one of your cards.

Ollie was brilliant fitting our roof bars and bicycle carriers, showing us how to do it as he went. Sam was great too, giving us a free car check up whilst the bars were being fitted. Great customer service all round!

Ollie at Catford was very patient and super clear with his instructions on how to fit the rear bike rack as I videoed him. He was very kind to work an extra 45 minutes past his shift end time!

I was seen to by a specialist Oliver named, he was amazing considering I was so scared about what was possibly wrong with my car, he made me feel very relaxed about the whole process and answered any questions that I had which were many! The greatest thing about it all is that even though he had all the knowledge, he didn’t invalidate me by making me feel silly for any questions that I had. All in all, it was a very professional experience which I am grateful for as he sorted out my car, expanded my knowledge and made me feel comfortable! I would gladly recommend Halfords Catford and specialist Oliver to anyone that needs help with their car!Thank you so much.Angela

I was seen quickly here when looking for reflectors for my bike. I wasn't sure how to put them on so the front one was clipped on by a shop assistant but I could hear something cracking as I rode off and it split in half into the air in the road which was quite frightening
