Absolutely fantastic, I have been coming here for about 10 years to buy jewellery for my wife. I am on first name terms with Yasmin. She is friendly, welcoming and extremely professional. She now knows what sort of jewellery my wife likes and helps me choose. I have never been disappointed.

Great service this morning from Amanda. She replaced a battery in my U boat watch,The cost was £10, the robbers at Timsons quoted me a unbelievable charge of £95.Well done, I will use again !!

Liz was very helpful at the store managing to obtain the product that we wanted which was not in stock and would have taken too long to arrive on click and collect by contacting other stores for us and having it sent it - she kept us up to date with progress and was overall really very helpful.

Had to have my wedding ring cut off. Went to H Samuel Serpentine Peterborough. Absolutely brilliant. Adam talked me through the procedure and I felt so relaxed. Would definitely recommend and go back to have the ring resized. 15/08/2023

The staff at this store are always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. On this occasion Yasmin told me about the option to have the stone swapped in an old ring . So at the same time as having it resized I had the sapphire replaced with a pink stone. Amanda handled all the arrangements and I am blown away by the results. Brilliant staff- brilliant service x

Having used H Samuel's (in Serpentine Green) many times this year, I have always found the team to be friendly and polite. Liz, in particular, is always helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this store if you are looking for watches, jewellery or a new battery.
