A very friendly and helpful bike shop. I hired a bike and it was a new bike. Came with helmet, repair kit etc. Was a really fun ride. I would definitely recommend the bike shop and the ride to the holy island!

I cant recommend Berwick Cycles highly enough. Friendly, knowledgable staff, great rental equipment and wonderful follow up service. We rented a couple of e-bikes for the weekend and the whole experience was positive from start to finish. Looking forward to our next visit.

Really helpful and friendly service. We rented electric bikes to cycle to Holy Island. The bikes were great and the owner gave us an excellent hand-drawn map to make sure we found the best route.Helmets, tools, spares and locks were all included in the reasonable rental price.Happy customers. Recommended.

I was on holiday with my family at the local Haven site and had an issue with a front wheel on my girls bike.After trying several other places I came to Berwick cycles who sorted the issue free of charge, despite me offering money.A shop that clearly cares about customer service.Thanks again for sorting the issue.

The lady at the shop was really nice when we hired our bikes. They were also very flexible in terms of planning. The bikes looked brand new, and we even got a repair kit, helmets and combination-lock with the bikes. We had a lovely time with them and I would highly recommend this shop!

We were on holiday near Berwick and my grandson's bike suffered a puncture.Berwick cycles could not have been more helpful, puncture was repaired within an hour at very reasonable cost.Happy grandson!

Excellent service, they went really out of their way to repair my Electric Ribble Bike. The part was out of of stock everywhere, but they managed to hunt it down after endless searching. Giving me regular updates on the progress and issues they were facing. Resulting in a excellent repair – done to the highest of standards.Cannot recommend Tim and his team anymore. Really filled me with trust and reassurance that they were fitting my bike.Thanks again.

Brilliant service from Tim re the bike hire and very reliable. Communicated with us throughout and delivered the bikes to us (near Lindisfarne) bang on time. Offered advice re bike routes etc. The bikes weren't bad either!! We cycled back to Berwick to complete the Northumberland Coast Path.
