Disappointing, item was delivered on time from costco, delivery guys was really polite no issues with them, however washing machine came with a huge dent. I contacted costco ended up arranging a return because it didn’t even work. Was told i would be contacted in 24/48 hours, after 7days ZERO contact. Had to call costco again who got in touch with them and surprise i had a message 18 hours later to book my collection, 10th October!! Return was initiated on the 19th. Person on the phone was rude when telling me “they told costco why they hadn't been in touch” well they didn't tell me! Could only offer 3rd October however couldn't give a time frame just “all day” i have my baby scan that day, it should not take 3 weeks to collect the item. Its a washing machine not something small, its currently blocking my back door lets hope there isn't a fire blocking the front door!

Just came here to leave a bad review and I am not surprised to not be the first.I have a scheduled delivery on Monday late afternoon. Too late for anyone to be there and attend. I called them to reschedule to a different time. No we can't". Can we schedule a different day? "It will be the Monday after" which is way too late for me. Can I leave someone's phone number so the driver can call my friend and she can accept delivery? "No

DANGEROUS !!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!! This is potentially the most dangerous company to use. Was sent by Costco to install washing machine and they actually connect the water pipe to the boiler, which could have resulted in catastrophic consequences. Then when it was time to collect the washing machine ( because I was unable to use it) they told me that they couldn't collect it as it was placed in a very tight spot near pipes. Mind you THEY WERE THE ONE WHO INSTALLED IT IN THAT SPOT!Then i spoke to who was I presume their manger Nourie who told me, well they cant take the washing machine out

Avoid. No star should be given if I have this option. Very rude people came in and refused to install wash machine bought from Costco, because there was no T connector. I asked to leave the machine without installation, but they just ignored and left. An amazon driver saw this and said this was really humiliating. He suggested me to take video and send it to Costco, which I did. I’ve cancelled the order simply because I don’t want to see people from this company again.

This is the worst delivery team you could ask for. They saw the work to be more than 1 minute and legged it. I did not accept the delivery. Absolutely useless team of inexperienced Indian workers who had no clue about installation of a washing machine.

Very poor service received from start to finish. Purchased washing machine from Costco and paid for installation. Washing machine was delivered over a week later. The two men delivering the machine were rude and did not engage with me. They say they installed it however they did not communicate with me what they were doing. They then left. Upon first use it was clear that the washing machine was not working. I called Costco and they informed me that 2MHD would need to come and look at the machine to check whether it had been installed correctly. This was booked again for almost a week later which was a great inconvenience itself. When they arrived they put the washing machine on a spin which then got stuck and water trapped in the machine. They were unable to open the door and left me with a machine full of water. Again, I informed Costco of the issue who advised that 2MHD would need to collect the item before I could receive a refund. Another week later and 2MHD come to collect the washing machine however refuse to do so because there was water in the washing machine?! Despite Costco advising them that there was water in the machine, they told me that they weren’t aware that the machine had water in and that they were unable to collect. The two delivery men then left the property whilst I was still on the phone to 2MHD trying to rectify the situation. My partner managed to open the door and scoop the water out with a cup, I then phoned 2MHD asking them to return and collect the machine however I was informed that the next collection date was 2 weeks way. Customer service team unhelpful and told me to contact Costco. I have been without a working washing machine for 4 weeks now.

We ordered a fridge installation and removal from Costco, our landlord had placed two mini fridges one ontop of the other as a make shift fridge in our kitchen and we went to replace it the first week we moved in, upon arrival they refused to remove them claiming that the paperwork said one, but there was no option for what our set up was. We even offered them cash to remove it and they rejected.They were just bad overall, didn’t speak English, rushed through it and slammed my doors multiple times. They transported it on its side so we needed to wait 5-6 hours while our food spoils because they couldn’t even transport it correctly. We weren’t warned before hand about that so, hundreds of pounds of produce and meat are potentially about to rot. Normally a fridge is a 1 hour wait before use if transported upright and correctly.We will be speaking with Costco this is completely unacceptable I have no idea why Costco has an agreement with this company it’s ruining costcos reputation.

DO NOT USE!Absolutely useless. It’s the delivery company used by Costco. They do not turn up when they say they will neither will they provide a new ETA and the manager who I (& Costco) spoke to refused to contact the driver. He’s probably stopped off somewhere for nap that’s probably why. Totally useless @costco should seek to appoint an alternative delivery company.

horrible experienceI ever had with a service,delivery man’s not professional,not knowing what they doing,not even understanding English language,they didn’t take my disposal fridge that I paid to Costco,not even trying they seems in hurry,I call customer service and that was even worse they shutting in phone they hang up and she told them to not deliver new fridge after even I was agreed to not take my disposal fridge that it came in from same door but they don’t know how to do this,I waited inside thought they bring new one in but that horrible woman told them to take away!! I called her crying asked her to deliver the fridge she said you get refund so they took the new fridge away not even let Costco knows what’s going on !!! had to chase it for a week and to wait another 3 weeks to be sorted delivery and chasing Costco head office and left with no fridge for 3more weeks and £300 of wasted foot and 2 days off running so they are horrible don’t try them !!!
