I have never experienced such great service from a car dealership in my 35 years of car buying. The car I purchased was prepared immaculately, despite a few surprises along the way nothing was too much trouble for Kevin and Joe. Communication was excellent, calls always returned and they helped me through what was a very complicated sale. I can’t recommend them highly enough.Thank you both, you were right I love the Merc!

I contacted Rich yesterday and asked to view a vehicle, I wanted to buy as a surprise for my brother, I had seen it on Auto Trader, they usually shut at 5 but waited until I got there just after 5. Kevin and Rich were very nice, honest and trustworthy guys. The car I viewed was spotless and cared for and the forecourt also had clean, well presented vehicles which gave a great first impression. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and driving it away on the same day. They were professional, friendly and knew their cars. I felt at ease buying a car from them and will make sure I check cars they have available when I buy my next car because I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you.

I drove down here to have a look at a pickup truck with them, they were very surprised how far I drove to see it. Placed a deposit with them, went down the following week to collect.Very friendly staff, good communication.Very good company to deal with, will think of this company the next time I need a car.

This is actually the best car dealership I have ever been to.The guys were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.I have bought cars from other dealerships in the past, however none come anywhere near the standards the guys at Otterbourne Car Company obviously set.I would not hesitate to recommend this company.These guys are genuinely the real deal.

Excellent company to deal with,very polite and helpful.i was looking for a car for my wife and purchased a Vw golf from them which I would say was more than I expected as it was in near showroom condition with every bit of history,the two gentlemen I dealt with were excellent,would recommend to anyone buying a car. as I don’t think you will get a better service anywhere else.
