Very disappointed - I was really looking forward to my first appointment on Thursday which is desperately needed, but due to the severe snow I had to collect my daughter from nursery 30 minutes before my appointment was due, as the nursery had to close, and couldn’t therefore conduct the appointment as I have no one else to watch her. I called straight away to discuss rescheduling and was met with no willingness to accommodate or help me out. I had already paid in full so have lost the full amount due to circumstances totally out of my control.I had been told numerous times during the conversation the appointment could not be rescheduled due to short notice and that it is stated in the t&c’s, and that was it basically it. I only made the appointment a couple of days before it was booked in for, and I paid in full straight away at booking, but received the terms and conditions as an attachment of my payment receipt, after paying.I understand that people need to make money, but as a considerate business I hoped for some sympathy in terms of understanding there was nothing I could do and I really needed that appointment and if they really needed it, then only keeping a percentage of the money I’ve paid instead of keeping all of it when the appointment couldn’t be moved.My experience with this business has left me feeling let down and quite put off the whole process

My experience with Martina has been absolutely fantastic. I have overcome my fear of birds/feathers and controlled my anxiety to a minimum. Still seeing to this current day for other issues! Would highly recommend!

I’ve just recently had 3 sessions with martine to help with relaxation for upcoming ivf as felt quite stressed out with all the negative results and was looking for something to help with the stress and anxiety to help me feel more calm I didn’t expect the results I’ve had feeling more positive about my next cycle and got rid of some hidden demons that I didn’t realise were there and with the relaxation I can do at home is great so when I’m feeling stressed I have the tools to help

Visiting Martina about my fussy eating has changed my life. She is so welcoming, friendly & professional & made me feel at ease the whole time. I visited Martina for selective eating and discovered a lot was to do with anxiety, and after working on that not only have I been more relaxed with trying new foods, something I was never able to do before, but I have been more relaxed with everyday life situations, so much so the people around me have noticed a difference. I really cannot thank Martina enough for this. I've been recommending her to everybody for her fantastic work.
