One of the most poor services I have dealt with.As a fellow medical professional I am questioning why we are still with this Gp practice and will unfortunately after 34 years will most definitely be looking for an alternative.I am a medical secretary and deal with GP’s on a daily basis, however I have never come across some of the most unprofessional., uncaring and down and out right rude receptionists!I wouldn’t ask half the invasive questions or be so rude to patients as the Receptionist’s do at this practice. Unfortunately the practice deputy and practice manager seem to be very inexperienced and very unprofessionalI’m the way they handle there complaints procedures.I do feel this needs to be investigated further.During Covid I witnessed the receptionist’s doing hand stands and cart wheels in the waiting rooms as patients were not aloud in.While having the highest volume of patients in Oxfordshire and mismanaging some of them too, I found this totally crazy as working for the NHS myself , we were still mask wearing but also having the patient at the heart of our actions ( as always).I truly believe the miss-management of this GP service will only show in years to follow. As an NHS colleague being rude and arrogant is not part of our trust values .. we should always put ourselves in the patients shoes. Unfortunately I truly believe patient care is undervaluedat this general practitioners.

Very pore service. Receptionist asking why we need to see the doctor. Has nothing to with them. Thats private. And having to wait for the doctor to phone you first, just to see if they want you see you or not. I'm deaf , so very hard to what is being said on the phone. I was called in to see a doctor. So I went to them. Stood around for over 10 minutes. The whole place was completely empty. Doctors really that busy???. I had no choice what doctor I sore. Definitely not a good doctor's practice.

USELESS! not one capable person in this building! They just ask you generic questions and send you to fill online forms. They GOOGLE things in from of you, and give you recommendations off google !!!!! These people are making free money of our paid taxes ! They should all go to jail for medical malpractice, this is our health and our lives!

Julia Summerton is very good at blood tests she's very reassuring and patient and very chatty I was very nervous but she put me at ease. I don't like doctors and needles and stuff like that.

If you want to hear a Dr's voice you've got a 3 week wait. That's for a phone call. Awful practice. Now looking to change Dr's as this place is a waste of time. 1 star is generous

I’ve been a patient at this doctors surgery since the age of 4/5 I’ve never had any problems with them I’ve always found them helpful but since a few of the good doctors have left that actually seem to care about their patients this surgery have gone down hill I’m 20 and I suffer with server anxiety so sometimes I get my dad to call the doctors for me and get them to call me I had my dad call them on Tuesday they said they’d call me but they didn’t the second time they did but it didn’t ring for long so I didn’t get to it in time so they told my dad to call back in morning if it’s urgent well yes it’s urgent as it is to do with mental health so the next day we called them I waited all day for them to call me back to basically have a doctor turn around and go what do you want us to do about it considering they are meant to help people no way have i ever felt so angry and upset in my life just seemed as though this doctor didn’t care and wanted to hang up the phone after the call ended I was in tears

My partner and I were at this practice for 2.5 years and honestly we cannot fault it. They have a surprising array of services for a local doctors, for example: their physio-therapist is excellent and their nursing team are very skilled and qualified to help with a variety of ailments - you'll be surprised. The staff are all friendly and helpful. During COVID times all the staff worked so hard and in really difficult circumstances to still provide a great service. I still had great access to a GP if I needed it (24 hours), and the phone appointments are in some cases far more convenient for me. Its a shame we have moved away, you set the bar high for the next surgery! Thank you all.

I had put in a complaint, and the Practice Manager had said they will address the concerns the following week. I have not heard anything since, and it has been nearly a month. Clearly shows they are not willing to take any accountability and simply do not care. Absolutely unprofessional and failing to take their duty of care seriously.
